Do Rails Also Need To Be Boned
Jun 12, 2021| Do rails also need to be boned?
Yes, due to the role of transportation, loading and unloading, replacement and other links, there will be many hard bends in the newly laid CWR rail, so there is a hidden danger of rail expansion all the time, which poses a great threat to the traffic safety. The old rail bending tools and methods can not meet the growing needs of transportation. So what kind of tools and methods should be used to straighten the hard bending rail?
Yzg-750 type III hydraulic rail straightener produced by our factory is a special manual hydraulic tool for straightening (or bending) the horizontal direction of rail. It is suitable for various rail types below 43kg / m-75kg / m. The integrated structure is adopted, and the operation process is very simple. When working, put the machine on the upper part of the rail to be straightened. The rail hook in the middle of the machine is aligned with the straightening point, the eccentric hand wheel is tightened, the control rod is reciprocally swung, the hand pump is used to absorb the pressure oil, the oil in the oil tank is hydraulically injected into the oil cylinder, the plug is pushed out, and the rail can be deformed by continuous pressing. When the rail deformation meets the requirements, the working oil return valve can be released, and the piston will return to the original position of the oil cylinder under the action of the return spring to complete the rail straightening work. Is it very simple? In addition, in order to prevent the failure of the oil circuit and the failure of oil return, we have specially designed an emergency oil return valve at the rear of the oil cylinder to ensure the safe use of the machine.
