Do you know how to shape the Side Slope Ballast?

Working Principle:

The power of petrol  engine generates rotary motion through the increased torque of the reduction gearbox, that is, the motion of the driving wheel. At the same time, press the handle bar to drive the driven wheel and the tension belt (tension and friction) to make the tension belt move in a straight line, that is, the translational movement of ballast fork.

1. Usage:

(1) The power source of the machine is two-stroke petrol engine, please fill in the mixed gasoline with rate 20:1 (gasoline 20 / engine oil 1).

(2) Pass one end of the tension belt through the block wheel, and then through the middle of driving wheel and driven wheel.

(3) Connect the tension strap and the ballast fork with a hook.

(4) Turn on the petrol engine, press the handle bar to drive the driven wheel and the tension belt (tension and friction) to make the tension belt move in a straight line, that is, the translational movement of ballast fork. Lift the handle bar after pulling the rake to the position, and the rake operator will fix the rake position again, then repeat the operation.

2. Maintenance:

(1) Maintain the petrol engine regularly (see petrol engine manual for details).

(2) Check whether the tension belt has cracks, or burst at the seams burst etc. If so, replace it in time.

(3) Check whether the hook is cracked or deformed etc. If so, replace it in time.
