The successful completion of the construction of the transfer line, not only for the reconstruction of the Beijing-Harbin upstream line, passenger whole out of the section line, Shen Bai downstream line to vacate the line, but also for the next Shenyang North Station throat area transformation and the construction of the Liuzhu Lake Bridge has created the conditions.

Shenyang Bai high-speed railway is an important part of the national medium and long-term railway network in the eastern part of the northeast fast railway corridor, but also the northeast region "fourteen five" during the major high-speed railway construction projects.
