Scope of Application

Hydraulic switch gauge adjuster is designed for adjusting the rail gauge on both sides of turnout to meet the design requirement, It is a device used for micro adjustment of rails to the inner side to ensure that the gauge of turnout. This device has the features of light weight, operation easily, and high jacking force, etc.

Usage

Place the switch gauge adjuster on the sleeper of rail inner side, the two ends of the cross beam lean against the two sleeper sliding bed plates, the piston is stuck at the lower edge of the base rail, adjust the nut of cross beam to make the piston crown to the lower edge of the rail, close the unloading valve and press the handle to extend the piston to the required gauge. After the operation, loosen the unloading valve to retract the piston, unload the equipment and move it to a safe place outside the gauge to complete the operation.
