Xi'an-10 high-speed railway is an important part of the "eight vertical and eight horizontal" high-speed railway network in the national medium and long term railway network planning, which is connected with han-10 high-speed railway. The line starts from Xi'an City, Shaanxi Province in the west, crosses the Qinling Mountains in the southeast, and finally reaches Shiyan City, Hubei Province. There are 7 stations in the whole line, including Xi'an East, Lantian, Shangluo West, Shanyang, Manchuanguan, Yunxi and Shiyan East (existing operation). After completion and opening to traffic, a fast railway passenger transport channel will be formed between Xi'an and Wuhan.
The total length of the main line of xi'an-10 high-speed railway is 255.76 km, which is constructed according to the standard of double track electrified high-speed railway, including 86.36 km in Hubei Province, 169.4 km in Shaanxi Province, and the design speed is 350 km per hour.
