What are the requirements of CWR laying acceptance standards for guard rails?

  1. Comply with the provisions of bridge deck layout.

2. The distance between guard rail and base rail shall meet the requirements.

3. The top surface of guard rail shall be no more than 5mm higher than the top surface of basic rail and no more than 25mm lower than the top surface of basic rail.

4. No more than 8% at the place where the suspension at the rail bottom is greater than 5mm.

5. All parts of the shuttle head are firmly connected, and the suspension of the tip is less than 5mm.

6. The left and right staggered teeth on the side of the joint close to the base rail shall not be greater than 5mm.

7. The rail guard nails or fasteners are complete and intact, and the floating distance of the nails is 2mm or the torque does not meet the requirements shall not exceed 5%.
