The whole machine adopts a modular split structure, its monomer is light in weight, high in integration, easy to go up and down, and easy to operate.
The control mode adopts manual and wireless remote control and automatic control, the control methods are diversified, the control is simple, and the safety is high.
The hydraulic pump station adopts the single-chip microcomputer control method to precisely control the movement of the oil cylinder and the hydraulic energy and pressure, so as to achieve fast, accurate and intelligent operation.
The clamp body adopts automatic locking and loosening method to realize continuous cutting operation.
The tool adopts the principle of cold cutting profiling segmented cutting, which is composed of side cutter, profiling cutter and shaping cutter. It has good cutting quality, precise size control and smooth surface roughness.
The stretching cylinder adopts the alternate and continuous expansion and contraction method of the inner and outer cylinders, and the cutter body performs uninterrupted cutting operations.
