 Scope of application

1.1 Suitable for 50kg/60kg/75kg rail type fat edge cutting operation (other rail types can be customized).

1.2 According to the operation mode and operation scale, it is used for blockade construction.

1.3 The transportation, operation and storage of the intelligent hydraulic rail cutting fertilizer and edge cutting machine shall be carried out in accordance with the requirements of the line standard and in strict accordance with the relevant provisions of the TG/GW101-2014 "General Speed Railway Public Work Safety Rules".

2. Construction organization and personnel

2.1 The person in charge of construction and the guards must be assigned according to TG/GW101-2014 "General-speed Railway Public Works Safety Rules", and they must be qualified personnel.

2.2 One operator and one assistant are set up during operation.

2.3 The operator must be trained, and the operator should read the instruction manual carefully to understand the mechanical properties, structure, use method, and strictly observe the safety operation rules.

3. Operating procedures

3.1 Before the operation, all parts of the machine must be inspected. The parts are complete, and the machine has a fault that has not been eliminated. It is strictly forbidden to work on the road.

3.2 Check the hydraulic oil, gasoline engine fuel, lubricating oil, etc. of the machine. If it is insufficient, it should be supplemented. It is strictly forbidden to use unqualified gasoline, engine oil, hydraulic oil, etc.

3.3 After the machine is started, it should run at idle speed for 2 to 3 minutes, and the operation can only be carried out after all parts of the machine are running normally.

3.4 Strictly follow the operation steps.

5.1 When the machine is transported and transported, pay attention to the inclination angle of the engine to the intake valve end should not exceed 45 degrees, to prevent the oil from entering the air filter element, resulting in insufficient fresh air and unable to start and operate normally.

5.2 Drain the gasoline in the gasoline engine during transportation and after the work is finished to avoid the danger of static electricity during transportation.

5.3 The cutter head of the cutter body should be replaced according to the usage and wear conditions.

5.4 Regular maintenance and inspection of equipment.

5.5 Contact the ground wire of the gasoline engine with the steel rail to prevent static electricity and explosion in the gasoline engine during operation.
