Working Principle of Rail Cutting Machine:
According to the cutting principle of toothless saw, the swinging mechanism is used to make the axis of the rotating sheet grinding wheel swing back and forth along the track around the rail axis, and the sheet grinding wheel cuts the rail. The contact length between the rotary plane of the flake grinding wheel and the rail cutting section is small, so as to reduce the wear of the flake grinding wheel and improve the utilization rate and work efficiency of the flake grinding wheel.
1. Main motion: The main shaft (flake grinding wheel) is rotated by the engine through clutch and V-belt drive.
2. Feed motion: The relative swing of the cutting arm and the swing arm is used to realize the feed cutting motion of the sheet grinding wheel by the self weight of the rail cutting machine. The rotary surface of the thin sand wheel of the main shaft of the cutting arm is beside the central plane of the swing arm (rail clamping mechanism), and the cantilever is long, so the saw blade can cut to the bottom of the rail.
Basic Structure of Rail Cutting Machine:
1. The swing arm shaft and sleeve are subject to rolling friction to reduce wear and prolong service life.
2. Swing arm, cutting arm and belt pulley are cast aluminum alloy structure, with light weight and high strength.
3. The clamping mechanism has the function of preventing derailment. The rail cutter is placed on the rail, and the center of gravity of the rail cutter coincides with the central axis of the rail. Even if the tightening screw is loosened, the rail cutter will not tilt.
4. The internal combustion engine seat is made of split cast aluminum alloy to reduce the weight.
5. Auxiliary wheels are added to the running mechanism to ensure stability during implementation on the ground.
