Operation organisation requirements

What are the operating procedures?
Answer

1. Preparation: ① confirm the work lot and workload; ② prepare the work, machinery and equipment, to confirm that they are in good condition; ③ according to the rail length, on-site rail temperature, the actual rail temperature design lock rail temperature to calculate the amount of release.

2. registration blockade: ① station liaison in accordance with the requirements of registration; ② operation responsible for confirming the order is correct, notify the site guards set stop signal protection.

3. Dismantle the joint or saw the rail: ① common seamless line dismantle the rail joint at the link of the long rail bar and buffer; ② full inter-district or inter-district seamless line in the design of the release dragon mouth, saw the rail.

What are the criteria for job quality acceptance?
1. Line gauge size tolerance range between ± 1mm, sleeper edge from the rail weld distance in line with the "general speed railway line repair rules" Article 3.10.10 provisions.

3. Standard torque of joint bolts for ordinary lines: 60kg/m and above rail torque is 700N-m, 50kg/m, 43kg/m rail torque is 600N-m, other types of joint bolts in accordance with the "Rules for repair of general railway lines" Table 3.7.9 provides for the implementation of the content.

4. Seamless line buffer zone joints must use not less than 10.9 grade bolts, bolt torque should be maintained at 700-1100N-m.

5. After tightening the bolts, the rail surface and the inner side of the wrong teeth, the positive line, to the hair line shall not exceed 1mm, other lines shall not exceed 2mm.

What are the requirements for operational safety?
1. 2. 3. 4. In the electrification section operation, must keep the electrification and signal device grounding wire and rail end connection wire normal connection.
