How to operate the LLB-2000 battery rail bolt wrench correctly?
LLB-2000 Battery rail bolt wrench adopts imported battery and components. It has the characteristics of small volume, light weight, strong flexibility, portable and easy to carry, convenient for getting on and off track. It is especially suitable for turnout, tunnel, bridge and culvert which cannot be operated by large railway maintenance machinery during regional railway maintenance of track bed
Operation method:
1. Install the battery pack:
When installing the battery pack, align the reed of the battery pack with the groove on the cover, then push and slide it to the bottom. Insert it to the bottom completely, until the battery pack is locked and make a clicking sound. If the red indicator on the upper side of the button can still be seen after insertion, it indicates that the battery pack is not locked completely.
2. Adjust torque:
The torque level is divided into four levels: Maximum, Strong, Medium and Minimum. In this way, the fastening mode which suitable for operation can be selected. Each time the button 
is pressed, the impact level will change accordingly. You can change the impact force within one minute after releasing the switch trigger.
3. Install or remove the impact sleeve:
Be sure to select the correct size impact sleeve according to the size of bolt and nut. Incorrect size of impact sleeve will lead to incorrect fastening torque or inconsistent or damage to rail bolt or nut.
During installation, move the O-ring out of the groove of the impact sleeve, remove the pin on the impact sleeve, place the impact sleeve on the square drive screw, align the hole on the impact sleeve with the hole on the square drive screw.
During disassembly, pass the pin through the holes on the impact sleeve and square drive screw, then move the O-ring back to the original position in the groove of the impact sleeve to fix the pin. When the impact sleeve needs to be removed, please follow the reverse steps of installation.
4. Align the working sleeve with the bolt and determine the direction of loosening or fastening. (Select the operation direction through the forward and reverse switching handle) Then pull the start button.
5. After operation:
Put the machines outside the railway safety clearance, don’t throw it around, or get it caught in the rain. During transportation, remove the battery, don’t let it be squeezed or pressed, keep it away from the metal.
6. Remove the battery pack:
Press the button on the front of the battery pack and pull the battery pack out at the same time.
