Manual tamping operation of the line

1. Square sleepers, fasten fasteners or fasten floating spikes.

2. Confirm the standard stock, draw the pry. According to the line static geometric dimension tolerance management value of different speed grade lines, find out the height, level, over-limit of triangular pit and empty lifting space, accurately mark the position of the pry head, pry tail and pit bottom of each pry, and at the same time put the rails together. Head down, arched waist, sleeper empty hanging board, etc. are marked with light and heavy marks.

3. Withdraw the board. Loosen the fastener bolts within the range of removing the backing plate, put it into the hydraulic lifting machine to lift the rail, pull out the backing plate for height adjustment, align the rubber pad under the rail, and re-tighten the sleeper fasteners.

4. Line starts.

(1) Pick up the pickaxe nest. According to the prying plan by the person in charge of the operation, the ballast bed is opened according to the operation standard of "three enough and one clearing".

(2) Command the road. The person in charge of starting the road should lean over the standard stock, not less than 20m away from the starting machine, to see the level of the horizontal extension line of the lower jaw of the rail head.

(3) Place the lifter. Pay close attention to the command of the person in charge of the lift, and place the lift machine correctly. When full ramming is carried out, it is generally placed once at the joint, every 6 concrete sleepers, and 6 to 8 wooden sleepers, and proceed forward in turn. The position of the Dao device, press the gesture of the person in charge of the Dao to level the standard stock. When placing the lifter in the curve area, it should be placed from the outside to the inside of the curve.

(4) Tamping. The bottom of the sleeper under the outer rail is not allowed to be tamped with the top door pick. When the track is lifted at the joint, the two sleepers of the joint should be tamped at the same time. Two-sided picks with a length of not less than 4 pick pockets must be tamped on one sleeper; when double strands are lifted at the same time, two sleepers must be tamped well on four-sided picks with a length of not less than 4 pick pockets , When the lift is too high, use the pick tip to make a solid string, and it is forbidden to hit the rail or sleeper with the lifter.

(5) Get up and level. After the standard stock is leveled and tamped, immediately use the gauge ruler to level the level and carry out the tamping operation.
