Nov 06, 2023|

NRD-4 internal combustion flexible shaft high frequency tamper (hereinafter referred to as tamper) is a new type of railway maintenance machinery, which is suitable for unilateral railway line maintenance construction without power supply, and can also be used for turnout maintenance operations.

NRD-4 internal combustion flexible shaft high frequency tamper is composed of gasoline engine, centrifugal clutch, belt transmission machinery, flexible shaft hose, vibration holder, damping handle, frame and other parts. This machine uses Japanese HONDA gasoline engine as power source. The flexible shaft consists of a steel wire flexible shaft, a flexible shaft plug (inserted into the output shaft hole when working), and a hose joint (connected with the vibrating rod shell). Vibrator components include picks, pick bodies, rod shells, rolling cones, raceways, oil seals, bearings, etc. (See vibrator structure diagram). The damping handle consists of a handle, spring, rubber sheath, etc., which is connected to the front end of the hose to eliminate vibration and facilitate operation. Flexible shaft, hose, damping handle and vibrator have been integrated into the factory. The gasoline engine is fixed in the middle of the frame. The rack has a belt shield and two handles for easy access on and off the road.
