Requirements for Rail seams in The rules of railway maintenance

According to “The rules of railway maintenance”, the rail seam standard for 25m rails, the seams should be 12mm in Summer and 16mm in Winter. For 12.5m rail is 8mm in Summer and 16mm in Winter.
