Balise is a point device used to transmit information to the train on the ground, which is divided into fixed (passive) balise and variable (You Yuan) balise. The main purpose is to provide reliable ground fixed information and variable information to vehicle-mounted system of train .
Balise is a transmission device that can transmit message information to the vehicle subsystem. It can not only transmit fixed information, but also transmit variable information on the side of the rail. It is an integral part of the security system of the whole signal system.
