3. Working Principle and Basic Structure

Working Principle:

The reciprocating pendulum handle applies the force on the top surface of the rail to be straightened, straightens the rail through the hook at the other side of the bracket and the middle part, makes the plunger pump work (suction and pressure oil), puts the high-pressure oil into the working oil cylinder, and extends the piston rod. According to the lever balance principle, the purpose of straightening the low rail joint can be realized.

Basic structure:

It is mainly composed of 1, handle 2, plunger pump 3, control handle 4 of reversing valve, reversing valve 5, oil tank 6, oil cylinder 7, ruler 8, oil cylinder head 9, tower straight beam 10, running wheel 11, hook 12, adjustable head 13, running wheel handle, etc., as shown in the figure below:
