Scope of Application
YQBJ-300×200II High Efficiency Automatic Rail Lifting and Lining Machine is a special tool employed in the lifting & lining operation of railway overhaul, medium maintenance and track bed maintenance. Usage
1.Check the fasteners are firm , if there is loose, to be carried out after the tightening, and then work to ensure the safety of equipment use.
2.Before using , should be injected about 3/4 ~ 4/5 clean hydraulic oil into the tank (about 30 liters), according to the local climatic conditions and different seasons, summer general selection 68#, winter using 46#, During the operation, found oil is not enough, should be added to the hydraulic oil.
3. The engine is the power source of the machine, in the use of the engine should first read the instructions, familiar with the matters and methods of operation, to ensure the normal operation of the machine and to extend the life.
4.Multi way valve with relief valve, the factory system pressure has been adjusted, do not need to adjust, if necessary, the pressure is not allowed to exceed 16MPa.
5.Before using, we should first check the hydraulic oil is sufficient, and move the multiway valve control handle, check whether the normal operation of each part alone is good. Should be familiar with the direction of the directional valve (according to the instructions), to ensure that the correct operation.
6. Working procedure of lifting operation:
6.1 Put the lifting and lining machine on the rail, will play the road machine placed in orbit, launch the engine, no-load run 3 ~ 5min, check the work of each component is normal.
6.2 First, look at the control items and direction of each handle on multi-way valve, pull the "hook" handle, make the hook clamp the rail jaw tightly.Then choose lifting work or lining work , according to the following requirements to carry out the work.
a. rail lifting operation:
First, turn the "left and right controller for lining " control handle to the "reset" position, and release the handle after the left and right lining cylinders are in place. Then pull the "left and right controller up and down" control handle to do the lifting work according to the indication of handle signboard.
b. rail lining operation:
If need lining rail to left, First move the "left controller for lining" handle to "lining" position, The left lining cylinder starts to extend, Adjust the angle of left up-down cylinder to what we need then loose handle. Then do the lining operation according to the indications of handle signboard.
6.3 Once the lifting and lining operation are completed, pull the "left . right controller for up and down" handle to the" down "position. When the feet take back completely , pull the "controller for hooking and clamping " handle to the "loosen" position. When the hook is open ,move the" controller for off road " handle to "up" position,when equipment rose to the highest position can be carried to the next operation site.
6.4 If need off-track, don't turn off the gas engine, first operate according to the 6.3,and then insert the auxiliary off-track frame from the other side of off-track side, make the insulating joint clamp the outer side of the rail. and then place the off-track frame at the place where it can be connected with the auxiliary off-track frame.and firmly connected . After placing stably , pull "controller for off road" handle to down, lower the equipment. After turning off the gasoline engine , push the hydraulic lifting and lining machine to the end of off-track frame . Fix the off-track wheel with fixing pin. remove the auxiliary off track frame, put it in a safe position outside the construction clearance.
7. when the need to manually pump work, can only move to suppress handle, the other operation according to the above operation.
8.when moving to avoid the bump, to prevent the equipment deformation and not move freely. The exposed piston rod should always be kept in a clean state.
