2 Drilling operation
(1) Put the drilling machine drilling locating ruler to the top surface of the rail to fix, and then fix the drilling machine to the rail according to the position of the locating ruler;
2)Check whether the rail clamping departments are accurate and reliable;
3)Start the engine, and then make the engine run at the rated speed;
(4) Uniformly trigger the drill feed handle, so that the drill bit drills the rail until it drills through the rail wall;
5)After drilling is completed, trigger the drill feed handle in the opposite direction to return the hollow drill bit to the original position, release the rail clamping mechanism, remove the drilling machine, and then re-clamp it into another position of the locating ruler, and then carry out the next drilling operation.
