4 Stoke Internal Combustion Rail Grinding Machine

This machine is produced for grinding the burrs produced by aluminium heat seamless welding or reinforced welding of rails as well as wear and tear of rails. Applicable to 43kg/50kg/60kg/75kg rail grinding operations, the machine can grind the top of the rail, the side of the rail, petrol engine and the frame can be rotated 90 degrees. The body is welded with high quality profiles, light weight, easy to operate, labour-saving operation, reducing labour intensity. Can be coarse, fine imitation shape grinding rail, is the railway engineering for rail head grinding special equipment.

Working principle and basic structure

Working principle:

The machine is driven by a four-stroke petrol engine, which drives the spindle (grinding wheel) to rotate, and generates displacement through feeding handwheel and gear transmission to drive the grinding wheel to achieve upward and downward feeding action.
