The hydraulic rail gap adjuster is applicable to the line adjustment rail gap operation of various types of rails. The machine has the function of pushing large rail seam, simple operation, high work efficiency, anti "jamming" function, safe use and so on.

Working Principle and Basic Structure

Basic structure:

It is mainly composed of walking wheel, inclined iron, clamp, safety pin, return spring, safety down device, oil tank, oil cylinder, oil pump, overflow valve, oil return valve, etc.

The main structure is shown in the figure:

1 front clamp, 2 piston rod, 3 oil cylinder, 4 oil return valve (the other side is standby oil return valve), 5 rear clamp, 6 inclined iron (4 pieces), 7 handle, 8 outer rocker arm, 9 oil tank, 10 return spring, 11 small safety pin (2 pieces).

The second working principle: when increasing the rail gap, the front clamp 1 and the rear clamp 5 are used. Through four plunger pumps, the hydraulic pressure is put into the double oil cylinder, and the piston 2 is extended outward. After the inclined iron in the front and rear clamps clamp the two rails, the rail is pushed to increase the gap between the two rails, so as to achieve the purpose of adjusting the rail gap.
