Scope of Application

Usage and Operation
1. Operators should read this user manual carefully before operation, familiarize themselves with the names, structures, functions, technical performance, usage methods, safety operating procedures, etc. of each part of the machine.
2. Before operation, check whether the hydraulic oil in the oil tank is sufficient. If it is insufficient, it should be replenished according to the specified grade (46 hydraulic oil for ambient temperature conditions and 68 hydraulic oil for high temperature conditions).
3. Conduct a no-load test to check whether the movements of each component are flexible, whether the sealing components are leaking, check the reserved clearance for the termination of the protruding blade, and reset the machine to its initial state after confirmation.
4. During operation, place the machine flat on the top of the steel rail, place the weld seam overlap in the middle of the two protruding knives, and pull the oil outlet control valve rod of the internal combustion hydraulic pump station to supply oil to the hydraulic cylinder of the overlap pushing machine. Under the action of hydraulic oil, the piston rod of the oil cylinder extends to drive the tool holder and protruding knife to move relative to the weld bead, thereby achieving the effect of shearing the weld bead.
5. After cutting and welding in place, pull the reversing valve rod of the main machine of the tumor pushing machine to reset the hydraulic oil cylinder for reverse oil supply. Under the action of hydraulic oil, the piston rod of the oil cylinder returns to its original position. Release the guide device to remove the steel rail of the tumor pushing machine, reset the control valve handle of the internal combustion pump station, disassemble and connect the high-pressure oil pipe, and prepare it to outside the lower limit of the line.
