1.2 The torque adjustment of this machine is equipped with a torque adjustment marking line indicating device. The torque display is intuitive and the adjustment is convenient.
1.3 The adjustment torque range is large, the standard tightening torque is 80-150N.m, the tightening torque range is 80-400N.m, and it is equipped with a torque adjustment scale indicator display. The reverse loosening torque is greater than 1100 N.m.
1.4 Based on the original internal combustion bolt wrench, the machine further optimizes the transmission structure and reduces the weight of the whole machine. The weight of the whole machine using the GX160 gasoline engine does not exceed 65kg! .

1.6 The gearbox housing adopts ADC12 aluminum alloy die-casting and special surface treatment manufacturing process to achieve a fully enclosed oil immersion lubrication method. First, the noise of the whole machine is controlled to a minimum; secondly, it is adapted to operations in harsh working environments such as wind and sand, and finally solves the problem of cleaning and maintenance after use.
1.7 The specially designed oil level observation mirror hole can easily add the gearbox lubricating oil and can timely know the use status of the lubricating oil.
1.8 The working sleeve of the machine has the feature of automatic cap removal, which can automatically eliminate the center moment and inclination errors of the sleeper bolts and the super-high inclination errors of the line when working on the curved line, and accurately insert the bolts and nuts.
1.9 When the sleeve and the bolt nut are stuck on the track, it has the function of quickly separating the sleeve from the main machine, eliminating the safety hazards caused by the sleeve stuck in an emergency during line maintenance and repair operations.
1.10 The front and rear running wheel adjustment device can easily and quickly adjust the height difference between the working sleeve and the bolt. It is suitable for the maintenance and repair of the fastener bolts of the existing track line laid with various types of rails.
