Characteristic

DGQ-High Strength Rail Crashed Device are composed of the main body, the cushion plate, the inclined iron and the hook and so on. The main body, the cushion plate and the inclined iron are all forged by the high strength alloy steel, and are treated by the heat of quenching and tempering. Therefore, the overall strength of the rail is high.

Using method

1. The main body of the rail colliding device is placed on the long steel rail head to be moved, and two oblique iron is put into the main inclined iron groove, and the slanted iron is tightened with a hammer (requiring a goggle).

2, the backing plate is placed on the rail head to make it close to the main plane of the rail collision device and connect the supporting plate hook to the main body of the rail collision device.

3, use the rail manpower pulley to strike the plane behind the punching pad, then the long rail will move slowly.

4. When the rail impact is in place, the cushion plate hook is removed, the cushion plate is taken from the rail, and the hammer is used to strike the entrance of the main plane of the main inclined iron slot of the main rail of the rail. The rail is taken down from the rail and the main body and the end of the collision.
