Steel normalizing equipment is mainly suitable for normalizing works after rail welding operation. It has the characteristics of unique conception, reasonable design, simple operation, not occupying space under the rail.
Basic Structure and Function
2.1 Heater and normalizing frame --- (Acetylene and oxygen as fuel)
2.2 Used for being positioned on the rail when doing rail heating or normalizing operation
2.3 Water pump and tank ---- used for cooling the heater (water pump voltage: 380V)
2.4 Control cabinet ---- Control the pressure and flow of acetylene and oxygen
2.5 Gas mixer ---- Mix the adjusted acetylene and oxygen to supply for heater
2.6 Acetylene filter cartridge---- used to filter acetylene
2.7 Acetylene bottle Connector ---- connects 4 bottles of acetylene together to provide sufficient acetylene for combustion.
