Product Description

 

Internal Combustion Rail Bolt Wrench suitable for loosening & fastening the tie bolt & nut of railway track. With features of powerful impact force and integrated operating system, it can supply the demand of the locking torque to fasten the rail fastenings conveniently and quickly. It adopts a traveling unit with 4 rotary wheels at the base. Therefore, it's suitable for traveling on land as well as on rail with good mobility. It's an ideal special tool to loosen & fasten the tie bolt & nut replacing the heavy manual labor.

According to the requirements of ergonomic design theory parameters, so that the operating mechanism is more applicable to prevent excessive bending caused by the operation.

The output tightening torque range of this machine is large, and it can be easily adjusted for predetermined in accordance with the operational requirements, accurate and stable. The nut sleeve adopts universal floating connection, so that the sleeve can be conveniently snapped into the bolts and nuts of the railway sleeper. In the operation, when the sleeve and sleeper bolts and nuts are jammed, the sleeve can be easily and quickly separated from the main body of the equipment, so that the main body can be quickly lifted outside the railway limit to ensure the safety of the construction work.

The reverse torque of this machine is very large, up to 300N-m, which can loosen all kinds of rusty bolts. At the same time to change the impact torque for static torque, so that the operation of the rail fastener pressure error is reduced; flexible direction change, centralised control, simple operation, easy to carry, high efficiency.
