Product Description

YTF-400II Hydraulic rail gap regulator is applicable to various types of rail joint operation adjustment and rail. This machine has the push and pull small rail gap and push big rail gap two kinds of models, simple operation, high working efficiency, and have the function of anti "stuck", use safety, etc.

Working Principle

1、When increasing the rail gap (available YTF - 400) : before using specific 1 and clip to specific 5, after 8 don't participate in specific work, through four plunger pump hydraulic oil pressure into double oil cylinder, piston 2, protruding from the former, the clamp in the specific Angle iron clamp after two rails, promote rail gap between the two rails, so as to achieve the purpose of the rail gap adjustment.

2、Narrow rail gap (use Ⅱ YTF - 400 type) : use of concrete after 5 and clip to specific 8, before specific 1 does not participate in the work. Through four plunger pump hydraulic oil pressure into double oil cylinder, piston, protruding from the after rod 6 make clip in the concrete and the oblique iron clamp fixture body after two rails, pull the rail gap between the two rail small shrinkage, so as to achieve the purpose of the rail gap adjustment.
