QG-3ⅡElectric Rail Cutting Machine is suitable for cutting 43㎏/m～75㎏/m rail. The cutting section quality meets railway industrial standard. It’s a necessary tool used in railway overhaul, maintenance and rush repairing operation. It possesses features of derail-proof, quick cutting, high utilization grinding wheel efficiency, high cutting section precision, easy operation and good mobility. It’s an ideal tool used to cut various rails.

Working principle

According to the friction cutting principle and depending on the swinging(tilting) mechanism, let the rotating sheet wheel tilt along the rail axis and cut the rail. The contact length of sheet wheel and rail section is not large, which reduces the wear of sheet wheel and increase sheet wheel use ratio and working efficiency.
