Working principle

According to the friction cutting principle and depending on the swinging(tilting) mechanism, let the rotating sheet wheel tilt along the rail axis and cut the rail. The contact length of sheet wheel and rail section is not large, which reduces the wear of sheet wheel and increase sheet wheel use ratio and working efficiency.
