1. Scope of Application

The anchor replacing device is used for removing and replacing the broken nylon sleeves in the track bed.

It is the first new equipment developed and launched in China.

It adopts the “cold taking out” method, cutting nylon sleeve into grooves by means of cutter principle, unscrewing with a special wrench, and then taking out the broken nylon sleeve.

The anchor replacing device has the advantages of advanced technical performance, reasonable structure and simple operation etc. It can greatly reduce the labor intensity, simplify unnecessary intermediate links, and improve the efficiency of operation.

It plays an important role in improving the quality of track line and ensuring the safety of the train.

The product has been patented, the patent No. is ZL 2011 2 0419453.X, and copying is not permitted.

2. Basic Structure

The device consists of cutter, protective cap, special wrench, punch, disassembly cutter tools, assembly cutter tools, air blower, bottom drilling bit, mounting bolt, welding bolt sleeve, and packing case etc.

3. Working Principle

First, remove the sundries and other substances from the broken nylon sleeve, hammer the corresponding cutter vertically, the protective cap must be placed above the cutter when doing hammering operation.

Next, cut broken nylon sleeve into grooves by means of cutter principle, to get enough counterforce for spinning out the nylon sleeve.

Different cutters are selected according to the damage degree of screw thread.

Unscrew the broken nylon sleeve with special handle wrench or booster wrench.

Then, take out the broken nylon sleeve.

Finally, replace a new nylon sleeve with mounting bolt to complete the operation.

Manual wrench:

Torque: ≥2500 N•m

Size: 700 times 400 times 300mm (including accessories)

Standard for nylon sleeve cutter: (the following cutters are for selections of the user)

Cutter No. 2: Suitable for broken nylon sleeve with outer diameter greater than 48mm

Cutter No. 3: Suitable for broken nylon sleeve with outer diameter greater than 48mm, after the failure of No. 2 cutter, it needs to be used in conjunction with cutter No.2.

Cutter No.W-7: Suitable for broken nylon sleeve with outer diameter of 45mm

Cutter No.W-8I: Suitable for broken nylon sleeve with outer diameter of 38mm

Cutter No.W-8II: Suitable for broken nylon sleeve with outer diameter of 38mm, it needs to be used in conjunction with cutter No.W-8I.

Cutter for double-piece sleeper: Suitable for broken nylon sleeve with outer diameter of 32mm (black nylon sleeve)
