Disease Information for.
Tip rail head rail bottom and sliding bed plate have excessive clearance, tip rail anti-jump prongs have abrasion marks, tip rail in the closed state of the tip rail anti-jump prongs and the basic rail under the jaws of no clearance, as shown in Figure 2.
Causes.
① rutting part of the high and low bad, empty hanging; ② under the rail rubber pads run away.

⑤ The tip rail is not stored properly or the tip rail is deformed due to the reasons of transporting and loading and unloading. This kind of problem occurs more in 1/9 turnouts, and 1/12 turnouts (main line turnouts) which have not been cleared for many years will also have this kind of disease.
Disease Consequences.
In severe cases, it can cause the turnout to jam.
Remediation method:
① pointed rail head several turnout pillow full section pounding, pointed rail heel synchronous pounding; ② replacement of supplementary failure, lack of turnout pillow.
