Because dust is the cause of rotor damage 'culprit', we start before checking the machine's import and export seals are blocked, and then use the air gun for internal dust removal. Suggest friends at least once a month to dust, which can effectively reduce the wear and tear of dust on the machine.
Timely replacement of carbon brushes
When the motor is working, if the continuous current is high for a long time, the carbon brushes will become shorter and the pressure will become smaller, then the resistance of the contact will be large. In that case, it is easy to cause poor contact of carbon brushes when using, thus easy to form excessive spark or burn the motor.
If you take 8 hours a day as an example, it is recommended to replace the carbon brushes once a month, which can extend the service life of the machine. Some better machines on the market at present will automatically pop up after the carbon brushes are fully used, which will help to replace the carbon brushes in a timely manner, and of course you can choose the equipment of the brushless motors if you think it is too troublesome.
Add grease regularly
In addition, the motor and spindle connection part should add grease in time, which can effectively prevent the structural damage caused by high temperature. Because once the motor is damaged, then the cost of replacing it is high, it is recommended that you maintain it regularly to avoid unnecessary economic losses.
