1. The elastic V-shaped fastener system consists of spiral spikes, flat washers, elastic bars, gauge baffles, under-rail pads and embedded casings, etc. It also includes height-adjusting pads for adjusting the height of the rail.
2. There are two types of clips, namely: W2-type clips (14 mm in diameter) used in general areas and X3-type clips (13 mm in diameter) that may be used on bridges.
3. There are two types of under-rail pads, namely: rubber pads and composite pads that may be used on bridges. When the line resistance needs to be reduced on the bridge, X3 type elastic bars are used together with composite pads.
4. The gauge baffles are divided into seven specifications from No. 2 to No. 8. For standard gauge, No. 4 is used on the outside and No. 6 is used on the inside. When fine-tuning the track, a 0.5mm level rail gauge baffle can be added.
5. The height-adjusting pads are divided into five specifications according to thickness: 0.5mm, 1mm, 2mm, 5mm and 8mm, and are placed between the under-rail pads and the sleeper rail bearing surface.
6. At the splint, when it is difficult to install W2-type clips and X3-type clips on small gauge rail baffles, Type I fasteners and Type A clips should be installed.
