WJ-8 type fastener composition and main technical requirements.
Feb 29, 2024| 1. Fastener composition
1. WJ-8 type fastener consists of spiral spikes, flat washers, elastic strips, insulating gauge blocks, gauge baffles, rail under-rail pads, iron pads, elastic pads under the iron pads and embedded casings. It also consists of an under-rail fine-tuning pad for adjusting the height of the rail and an iron pad for lowering the height-adjusting pad.
2. There are two types of elastic bars, namely: W1-type elastic bars (diameter: 14mm) and X2-type elastic bars (diameter: 13mm). Among them, X2-type elastic bars are used when small resistance fasteners are used on the bridge.
3. There are two types of gauge baffles, namely, gauge baffles for general sections and joint gauge baffles for splints. Each gauge baffle is divided into three specifications: No. 4, No. 7, and No. 10. Normally, No. 7 is used. It can be exchanged according to the left and right position of the rail.
4. The elastic backing plate under the iron backing plate is divided into two types: type A and type B (both thickness is 12mm). Category A is used for lines that also operate freight or regular-speed passenger trains, and Category B is used for lines that only operate EMUs.
5. Spiral spikes are divided into two types: S2 type and S3 type. When the fasteners are installed in normal condition or the rail height adjustment is not greater than 15 mm, the S2 type spiral spike is used. When the height adjustment is greater than 15 mm, the S3 type spiral spike is used. nail.
6. There are two types of under-rail pads: rubber pads and composite pads. Rubber pads are used in general areas, and composite pads are used in low-resistance areas. The thickness of the pad under the rail is divided into five types: 2mm, 3mm, 4mm, 5mm, and 6mm. The 6mm thick pad is normally installed. Pads of different thicknesses can be replaced according to the height and position of the rail.
7. The insulating gauge blocks are divided into five specifications: No. 7, No. 8, No. 9, No. 10 and No. 11. No. 9 is used under normal circumstances. It can be exchanged according to the left and right position of the rail. Joint insulating gauge blocks are used at the plywood. During fine adjustment of the track, 0.5mm level insulating gauge blocks can be added.
8. Height-adjusting pads are divided into two types: fine-tuning pads under the rails and height-adjusting pads under the iron pads, which are placed between the under-rail pads and the iron pads, and between the elastic pads under the iron pads and the sleepers or track plate bearings. between rail surfaces. The fine-tuning pads under the rail are divided into four types according to thickness: 0.5 mm, 1 mm, 2 mm, and 5 mm; the iron pad lowering and height-adjusting pads are divided into two types according to thickness: 10 mm and 20 mm. The iron pad lowering and height-adjusting pads are divided into Composed of two pieces, used in pairs.
2. Main technical requirements
1. There should be a certain amount of protective grease in the embedded casing, and the performance of the grease should comply with relevant regulations. There should be no accumulation of water at the bottom of the embedded casing to avoid frost heaving.
2. Joint gauge baffles and insulating gauge blocks should be used at the plywood.
3. When installing the iron pad, an elastic pad should be installed under the iron pad. An under-rail pad of appropriate specifications should be installed on the rail-bearing surface of the iron pad. The under-rail pad should be placed between the bosses of the iron pad. , and the flange of the pad under the rail should buckle the iron pad.
4. Clip installation standards: The front jaw of the middle part of the clip should not be in contact with the insulating gauge block, and the gap between the two should not be greater than 0.5mm; the reference torque of the spiral spike is 140~180N·m for W1 type clip and 140~180N·m for X2 type clip. 90~120N•m.
5. Keep the front jaw of the middle part of the clip and the insulating rail gauge block away from contact in daily life, and the gap between the two should not be greater than 1 mm; the reference torque of the spiral spike is 140~180N·m for W1 type clip and 90~120N for X2 type clip. •m. The gauge baffle should be closely attached to the rail sleeper or track plate bearing groove shoulder and rail bearing surface, and the gap should not be greater than 1mm; the unilateral gap between the rail and the insulating gauge block, the insulating gauge block and the iron pad plate shoulder and should not be greater than 1mm.
6. Rail left and right position adjustment amount: ±5mm.
7. Height adjustment amount: -4~+26mm.
