1. FC type fastener system consists of elastic strips, insulating caps, covering plates, insulating sleeves, embedded bases, insulating gauge blocks and rubber pads.
2. There are three types of spring bars: FC1504, FC1502 and FC1306. Install FC1504 type spring bars (15mm in diameter, equipped with 8494 type insulating caps) in general areas, install FC1502 type spring bars (15mm in diameter, without insulating caps) on the plywood, and install FC1306 type spring bars (13mm in diameter) in small resistance areas. , equipped with 12133 type insulating cap).
3. There are ten specifications of insulating gauge blocks, with thicknesses ranging from 6 to 15mm. For standard gauge, 10mm is used on the outside and 11mm is used on the inside.
Main technical requirements
1. The sum of the single-sided gaps between the rail and the insulating gauge block, the insulating gauge block and the embedded iron base should not be greater than 1mm.
2. The initial installation and buckling pressure of the clip should not be less than 9kN (the clip with small resistance should not be less than 3kN), the daily maintenance clip pressure should not be less than 8kN (the clip with small resistance should not be less than 3kN), and the buckle pressure of the clip at the position of the splint should not be less than 8kN. Should meet design requirements.
3. Gauge adjustment amount: -8~+8mm, adjust gauge and rail direction by replacing insulating gauge blocks with different numbers.
4. Height adjustment: The fastener cannot be adjusted in height, and the height adjustment pad must not be inserted.
