Installation and use of grinding wheel

1. Before use, the grinding wheel is tapped with a wooden hammer.

2. When installing on the grinder or grinder, the grinding wheel shall be fastened by the tray, and the outer diameter of the two discs must be equal. 

3. Hold the grinding wheel only. The nut should not be screwed too tightly. It is strictly prohibited to knock the nut with a hammer. 

4. When pressing with screws or caps, it must be arranged in pairs on opposite sides of the main shaft, and should be gradually tightened in several times. 

5. The grinding wheel shall be installed on the machine tool or grinding turbine and must be idling with protective cover for not less than 2 minutes. 

6. The use speed shall not exceed the safe use speed of the grinding wheel.

7. Avoid grinding under strong alkali and strong acid coolant conditions. 

8. It is strictly prohibited to hit the workpiece violently with the grinding wheel violently.Pressure should be applied gradually during grinding to ensure that the grinding wheel sheet is free from impact force and avoid grinding wheel blasting. 

9. The grinding amount should be appropriate to prevent the accident from working with the grinding wheel.
