1. The diesel engine must be filled with special engine oil before use.

2. The diesel engine must be turned off when filling with diesel.

3. Sufficient cooling water should be added to the water tank before the diesel engine is started, and added to the top of the water tank.

4. It is strictly forbidden to use the engine without an air filter element.

5. Check the hydraulic oil in the oil tank, the oil level should not be lower than the center of the oil window hole. Hydraulic oil should be selected according to the season of use and local temperature (generally, 68# or above in summer, and 32# in winter).

6. Adjust the size of the clamp opening according to the type of rail.

7. When inserting, the tip of the pick must reach below the sleeper before the clamping cylinder can be operated (if it cannot be inserted to the required depth at one time, the method of "rubbing down" can be adopted, that is, the clamping cylinder is activated during the insertion process, so that the palm of the pick can be operated. It produces an appropriate amount of horizontal reciprocating motion to dislodge the ballast, which is easy to insert.)

8. The vibration shaft bearing should be cleaned and replaced with grease (molybdenum disulfide grease) every quarter.
