It is not easy to adjust the close fitting of multiple intersection switches on site. Here is my experience in adjusting the close fitting of multiple intersection switches:

1、 Firstly, measure and master the squareness of the turnout and the vertical deviation between the two ends of the side of the switch machine and the stock rail according to the dimensional standards, whether the vertical deviation between the two ends of each rod and the stock rail is within the standard range, and whether the openings of the four switch rails of the turnout are standard. Then, shake the switch and check the two main or two pairs of switch rails to see if they are closely aligned, if the pressure is uniform, and if there is any jamming. Check whether the sharp base rail of the track maintenance is in good condition. If any problems are found with the sharp base rail, notify the track maintenance department to make it meet the standards.

2、 Adjust the turnout not to stick tightly. Before adjustment, loosen the screws of the main and auxiliary indicating rods to make the indicating rods free from force. When adjusting the active rod, loosen the screws of the auxiliary actuating rod to make it free from force, and then adjust the active rod. When the two sharp rails of the active rod are adjusted closely and the pressure is uniform, fasten the screws of the auxiliary actuating rod to connect them tightly. Adjust the two sharp rails of the auxiliary actuating rod to closely and when the two sharp rails of the auxiliary actuating rod are adjusted closely and the pressure is uniform, Conduct a manual switch to observe the alignment and inversion of the switch, and after it is in good condition, notify the signal building to carry out a single operation switch test to confirm that the switch is in good condition.

3、 Connect and fasten the upper main indicator rod for adjustment. After adjustment, connect and fasten the secondary indicator rod. Check whether the indicator gap has changed, and adjust the indicator gap. During the adjustment process, if the tip of the switch rail is not tightly attached or the pressure is high, the inner and outer extension and retraction can be appropriately adjusted at the outer end of the main or auxiliary indicator rod. Finally, carry out the turnout test and observe that the four switch rails are closely attached and indicate that the gap positioning is in standard.
