Ⅱ. Track circuit maintenance work
1. When working on the track, it is necessary to ensure the smooth flow of traction current and set up protection.
2. When inspecting the track circuit, it is forbidden to cut off the high-voltage coil circuit of the track transformer before the low-voltage coil connected to the choke transformer is disconnected.
3. When the central connection plate of the choke transformer and the choke transformer are found to be damaged for any reason, they are not allowed to deal with it without authorization. The relevant departments must be notified, safety protection must be done in accordance with relevant regulations, and measures can be taken to ensure the smooth flow of traction current before handling.
4. When changing tracks on the dedicated railway line leading to the traction substation and disassembling the return line, staff from the traction substation must be present; the return line must not be removed before a reliable branch connection line is set up. Disassembled from the rail. The disassembly and assembly of the return line are carried out by the staff of the traction substation.
5. When replacing a choke transformer in a track circuit or the traction connection line on the choke transformer, it is prohibited to cut off the choke transformer from the rail before the two rails are connected to the intermediate point of the choke transformer of the adjacent track circuit. either side.
6. If the central connecting plate of the track circuit choke transformer, the power transmission and receiving steel wire ropes, and the connecting wires (double-broken) are found to be damaged for any reason, no tampering is allowed.
Ⅲ. Maintenance of High Pillar Signal Machine
1. Before operation, use a hammer to check that the ground wire on the signal column is in good contact and not loose.
2. When boarding the signal machine, check that the ground wire connections of each part should be firm and good.
3. Work on the signal machine must be supervised. Safety belts must be used when working on high pole signals, and the body and hand-held tools must not intrude within 2m of the contact line and 1m of the return line.
4. When a train passes by, work should be stopped immediately and the signal should be lowered.
5. Replacement or cleaning of the lens group and signal machine paint must be carried out during the power outage of the catenary.
6. Safety belts are not allowed to be hung on high-pillar signals, and tools, measuring tapes and other items are not allowed to be thrown up and down.
7. Adding or relocating high-pole signals must be carried out during the power outage time of the catenary.
8. In thunder, rain, fog, snow and storm weather, it is prohibited to climb high signal signals.
Ⅳ. Signal Cable Work
1. First, confirm that the cable sheath is well grounded;
2. The cable sheath must be firmly connected to the cable shielding ground wire and have good contact;
3. The outer sheaths of several cables in the same cable trench are well welded;
4. Wear insulating shoes and work while standing on an insulating mat;
Ⅴ. Locomotive Signal Maintenance Operations
1. Electricity workers are strictly prohibited from getting on top of rolling stock or climbing over the roof to pass through lines.
2. Electrical service personnel are not allowed to repair locomotive signaling equipment without the cooperation of maintenance personnel or maintenance personnel.
3. Electrical workers are not allowed to enter the high-voltage cabinet of the locomotive when inspecting the signaling equipment of the locomotive.
4. Repairs and troubleshooting of wireless locomotive signal antennas are not allowed without high-voltage power outage.
5. When the locomotive is parked in the garage for maintenance of the external electrical equipment of the locomotive, a red signal flag or red light should be hung for protection.
