1. Describe the handling method when the crossing fails.
Answer:

(1) When a guarded crossing breaks down, it must be handled in accordance with the principle of "protection first, then treatment". If there is a blocking signal, let it display a red light immediately, and if there is a wireless alarm device at the crossing, it should be activated immediately to send an alarm to the approaching train; If it is a track circuit section, short-circuit equipment or short-circuit copper wires can be used to form a short circuit, so that the signal machine displays a red light; if there is a direct connection to the station telephone or train wireless dispatching telephone, immediately notify the station or locomotive crew, if there is a crossing controlled by each other in the section , allowing it to set stop signal protection on behalf of it. If there is no above-mentioned equipment or conditions, the specific protection measures shall be stipulated by the railway bureau.
(2) In case of violation of crossing regulations, disturbance of traffic order, damage to equipment, etc., and crossing accidents, the railway public security department shall be notified immediately. If it is discovered that crossings or pedestrian passages have been set up without consent, it shall be reported to the railway public security organ in a timely manner and dealt with according to law.

 

2. What regulations should be complied with when selecting the number of frogs?
Answer:

(1) The straight-through speed of the turnout on the main line should not be less than the design speed of the road section.
(2) The number of frogs of single turnouts used for lateral passing trains should be reasonably selected according to the maximum speed of lateral passing trains.
(3) The single turnout for receiving and departing passenger trains in the lateral direction shall not be smaller than No. 12.

(4) The single turnout for receiving and departing freight trains laterally and located on the main line shall not be smaller than No. 12 at intermediate stations, and no less than No. 9 at other stations.
(5) The single turnout on the main line of the railway with a train axle weight greater than 25t shall not be less than No. 12.
(6) The single turnout of other lines shall not be smaller than No. 9.
(7) Narrow stations shall use no less than No. 9 turnouts, but try not to use them on the main line, and no less than No. 12 turnouts when necessary.
(8) The symmetrical turnout of the line under the peak shall not be smaller than No. 6, and the three-way turnout shall not be smaller than No. 7.
The symmetrical turnout of section ⑼ shall not be smaller than No. 6.
If the type and number of frogs of the existing turnout do not meet the above requirements, the driving speed shall be limited according to the number of frogs of the turnout, and the transformation shall be carried out in a planned way.

 

3. What are the requirements for maintenance on the curve?
Answer:

(1) When channeling on electrified lines, the displacement of the center of the line shall not exceed 30mm at a time, and the annual accumulative amount of channeling on one side shall not exceed 120mm, and shall not invade the building boundary.
(2) In electrified lines, when two strands of steel rails are lifted at the same time, the lifting amount of one operation shall not exceed 30mm, and the difference between the lifting amount of the two strands of steel rails shall not exceed 11mm; when the adjustment curve is super high, the lifting amount of a single strand shall not exceed 11mm. When the lifting amount exceeds the above-mentioned regulations, the power supply department shall be notified in advance to investigate and confirm the adjustment workload of catenary equipment and cooperate with the operation. During the lifting operation, tunnels, under-supported truss bridges, arch bridges, and cable-stayed bridges must not exceed the building limit dimension line.
(3) When dialing on the seamless line, it is strictly forbidden to work over temperature. The upward and downward pressure of the dialing amount should be equal to avoid additional tensile stress and compressive stress, which will affect the stability of the seamless line.

 

4. How are the turnouts and tracks in the station numbered?
Answer:

(1) The number of the turnout is sequentially numbered from the direction of train arrival, the upper line is an even number, and the lower line is an odd number; on the end line, it is numbered sequentially toward the end of the line. When the station is divided into yards, the turnouts of each yard are individually numbered. Switches of a station must not have the same number.
(2) The serial number of the track, the stations in the single-track section are numbered sequentially from the line close to the station building to the direction away from the station building; the stations in the double-track section are numbered sequentially from the main line, and the upward side is an even number, The downside is odd numbered; for end-type stations, numbers are sequentially numbered from the left towards the terminal. If the station building is on the side of the line, the numbers are sequentially numbered from the line close to the station building to the direction away from the station building. The lanes of a station (one depot when splitting) are not allowed to have the same number.

 

5. How are the rail temperature conditions stipulated for the maintenance of the seamless line of concrete sleepers, track bed removal, track lifting and track shifting?
Answer:
