Used at the junction of two automatic block sections to ensure that the track signal current cannot be transmitted from one block section to another. There are mainly two types: ordinary high-strength insulation joints and glued insulation joints.
 Frozen joints:A frozen joint is a type of joint that uses a splint and high-strength bolts to connect rails, making the rail ends close together or leaving a small rail gap to lock the rails and prevent them from expanding or contracting. At present, there are mainly two types of rail joint freezing methods used at home and abroad.

Glued joints
Glued joints are also called glued insulating joints. They are a type of rail insulating joints used to meet the requirements of eliminating the buffer zone in ultra-long seamless lines. All the insulating joint parts are glued together as a whole. They are made into finished products by the manufacturer or glued on site. They can effectively improve the insulation performance and stress state of the joints and enhance the resistance of the rail joints.

Expansion joints

The expansion joint is divided into two types: broken line type and curved type, depending on the shape of the point rail. The point rail of the broken line expansion joint is planed into a broken line or an oblique line to fit the corresponding bent part of the base rail. The point rail of the curved expansion joint is planed into a circular curve with a radius of 200~500m and fixed on a large pad. The base rail is also bent into a curve with the same radius as the point rail.
