Usage

1. Operation Steps:

1) Before driving, check whether the connecting parts of each part are loose and whether the electrical switches of each part are flexible and reliable.

2) Whether the joints are connected accurately and reliably.

3) Before driving, the battery should be charged when the battery is lower than 60V. If the flat car is not used, the battery should be charged every three months.

4) Put the flat car on the blocked line, confirm the driving direction, then move the battery pack onto the flat car, and pay attention to the front of the console.

5) Connect the power connection line of the lithium battery pack with the electric control box firmly and reliably. After connecting the data connection line with the electric control box and the control box, confirm that all plugs are plugged in, turn on the air switch on the electric control box, confirm the driving safety, and then prepare to start the driving.

6) When transporting goods, pay attention to placing them firmly. When carrying personnel, pay attention to safety protection measures.

7) After confirming the safety of personnel and goods, the operator moves the main power switch and the power of the whole trolley is turned on.

8) Turn the key door to the open state, put down the manual brake handle, and lightly press the accelerator pedal to make the flat car drive slowly. During the driving process, the driving speed can be increased or decreased, or the cruising can be carried out according to the actual requirements. The speed of flat car shall not exceed 20km.

9) If you need to stop, you should cancel the cruise and collapse the brake pedal to make the level trolley stop slowly.

10) The trolley is equipped with front lighting, which can be driven at night. Pay attention that the speed should be controlled at about 10km / h when driving at night.
