III. Basic structure and working principle
Working principle: the motor is driven by belt to make the spindle (grinding wheel) produce rotary movement, and then through the microcomputer control stepping motor to make the screw rotate, drive the mother of the silk up and down to achieve the vertical direction of the feed milling and grinding movement, and the horizontal direction of the milling and grinding mainly rely on the angle of the trigger handle operation.
The small frame is equipped with stepping motor and angle disc, which can make the grinding wheel milling head tilt more than 30° to adapt to various oblique milling needs, and each angle has a self-locking device. Push the carriage to move along the longitudinal direction of the rail repeatedly to complete the milling work, and at the same time, the carriage is equipped with lighting, all-weather operation is not affected.
