Working Principle and Basic Structure
The machine is composed of internal combustion engine, gear pump, multi way directional valve, track lifting mechanism, hook rail mechanism, landing mechanism, off track frame, manual oil pump, etc.
1. The multi way reversing valve is used to control the reciprocating motion of each oil cylinder, and the unloading valve is set in it. When the hydraulic system is overloaded, it can unload at any time to ensure the safe use of the machine.
2. The track lifting mechanism is used for track lifting operation. In order to adapt to the different gap between the two rails, it is necessary to adjust the distance between the two legs of the machine. First, loosen the inner hexagon screw under the lifting cylinder to make the lifting cylinder move in the slideway. After the position of the legs is determined, tighten the screw. The assembled turnouts are arranged by this unit, and then the turnouts are slowly and synchronously lifted. After installing auxiliary facilities, the turnouts are moved to the predetermined laying position, and then the turnouts are laid after adjustment. It can also be used for single or double rail track lifting operation and track bed maintenance. The utility model has the advantages of high working efficiency, simple operation, light weight, less manual labor, safety and reliability, wide application range, etc.
3. The lifting mechanism is used to control the lifting and falling of the equipment itself. When lifting, the equipment can walk on the rail and carry out the up and down track operation. When falling, the equipment can carry out the next sequence of rail hook and track lifting and shifting operation.
4. The rail hook mechanism is used to control the rail hook clamping and loosening.
