The hydraulic tie spacer is used to adjust the spacing and angle of sleepers. In order to improve the service life of the machine, the operator should not only be familiar with the structure and performance of the machine, but also master the main points of the machine, and pay attention to the following matters:
1. Inspection Before Use
1) Whether the oil volume in the tank reaches 3 / 4 of the tank volume;
2) Whether the opening and closing performance of the unloading valve is reliable;
3) Whether the connection and fastening parts are loose and obvious oil leakage;
2. Operation Steps:
1) According to the sleeper displacement characteristics, that is, according to the working requirements of adjusting the sleeper spacing and angle squareness, select the appropriate gap (not less than 275mm), do not or less skim the ballast, put the machine between the two sleepers, and the movable head should be against the lower half of the sleeper thickness.
2) The fastener on the adjusted sleeper shall be loosened in advance (Note: when the angle is square, only the fastener at one end shall be loosened, and when the clearance is square, all the fasteners at both ends shall be loosened, so as to reduce the friction resistance and relieve the relative displacement of adjacent sleepers.)
3. Turn the handle of the unloading valve clockwise to close the unloading valve, insert the control rod into the handle sleeve, shake the control rod to make the high-pressure oil input into the working oil cylinder through the oil drain valve port in the inner cavity of the oil pump, and the piston extends out of the jacking sleeper to adjust to the operation requirements.
4. During the adjustment operation, pay attention to the close contact between the inclined plane and top surface of the ram seat of the square sleeper and the side of the sleeper, so as to prevent the square sleeper from popping out when it is stressed.
5. At the end of each adjustment, in order to prevent the rebound of the sleeper, the gap after the sleeper is moved is padded with ballast, and then the handle of the unloading valve is rotated counterclockwise to open the unloading valve, so that the high-pressure oil chamber, oil tank and oil cylinder piston will automatically return under the action of the return spring to complete a working cycle. When the adjustment amount is insufficient, the connector can be screwed out, and the allowable screw out length is 0-40 mm before further adjustment, so as to meet the maintenance requirements.
