YFZ-147 Hydraulic Tie Spacer is a new type of manual hydraulic square sleeper tool suitable for railway line repair and maintenance. This machine is used to adjust the spacing of railway sleepers to promote balanced sleeper spacing, reasonably distribute the stress on the track, and prevent rail deformation and damage. The machine has a compact structure, easy operation, and is safe and labor-saving when used. It is one of the necessary supporting road maintenance equipment for railway line maintenance. It is improved on the basis of the original YFZ-Ⅰ hydraulic tie spacer. Basic structure and working principle
1. Basic structure:
The structure of YFZ-147 hydraulic tie spacer mainly consists of cylinder base, oil cylinder, manual plunger pump, oil return valve, ball valve body, oil tank, return spring and other parts. Its appearance and structure are shown in the cover picture.
2. Working principle:
The hydraulic principle of the hydraulic tie spacer is shown in Figure 1. The high-pressure oil generated by the manual plunger pump enters the main cylinder, forcing the piston rod of the main cylinder to extend outward, thereby achieving the purpose of the square pillow. Due to the double-pump structure, this machine can improve work efficiency, does not bend down during operation, can reduce the labor intensity of workers, has fast square pillow speed, and is safe and reliable to use.
