Method of Usage

1. Check that the engine should be in normal condition (fill the mixed gasoline engine oil according to the engine instructions, and the ratio of gasoline to two-stroke special engine oil is 25:1);

2. Check that all parts of the machine are in normal state and all bolts are not loose;

3. Check whether the lubricating oil of the gearbox meets the requirements, and rotate the engine to make its components have good lubrication;

4. Turn the reversing handle to the neutral position;

5. Start the engine according to the operating instructions of the gasoline engine, run it idly for a short time, and then adjust the accelerator to make the engine idle for 3 minutes before it can work;

6. Pull the reversing handle to the required direction of rotation (loose or tight), lift the handle to align the sleeve with the nut, pull the accelerator, the clutch combines the sleeve and starts to rotate, the bolt can be loosened or tightened, the accelerator can be reduced, the clutch is separated, the sleeve stops rotating, and a working cycle is completed.

7. When shifting, adjust the throttle properly for reversing operation. Do not pull the reversing handle when the throttle is large, so as to avoid damage to the machine.

8. Before stopping work, loosen the accelerator, turn the reversing handle to neutral, and shut down the engine after the engine is at idle speed for 1 minute.
