The Railway Rail Lubricator is an oiling tool for oiling bolts. The steel rail oiler is mainly used for oiling small radius curved steel rails in subways to reduce lateral wear on the outer rails, while effectively reducing driving noise and vibration.
The Railway Rail Lubricator provides a steel rail oiler, which is composed of a transmission clamp and a bracket clamp, a transmission rod, and a connecting rod installed on the bottom substrate of the steel rail, which transmit the kinetic energy of the ups and downs of the steel rail when the train passes through to the gear pump, making it work. The lubricating oil is sent to the coating tongue through the transmission oil pipe, and is coated on a longer distance steel rail through the adhesive tape of the wheel, forming a layer of wear-resistant oil film to reduce the wear of the wheel and rail.
