Adjustable Switch Point Locking Device:

1. Application Scope: The adjustable switch point locking device is applicable to the first, second, third, fourth, fifth, and sixth points of the switch point. When the switch point is used at the third, fourth, fifth, or sixth points, remove the adjustment plate.

2. Installation Method:

⑴ When installing the adjustable switch point hook lock, first loosen the handwheel counterclockwise to retract the hook head to the end of the screw rod. Then rotate the screw rod counterclockwise to the appropriate position based on the distance between the main rail and the switch point rail;

⑵ Insert the rod body from the bottom of the switch rail into the space between the main rail and the switch rail. Rotate the screw clockwise to ensure that the movable head and rod body are tightly against the bottom of the main rail and the inner surface of the switch rail, respectively;

⑶ Insert the hook head onto the screw to secure it to the bottom of the switch rail. If the hook head is not perpendicular to the switch rail, adjust the screw and use another positioning slot on the screw to tighten the handwheel, thereby completing the locking process.

⑷ If the distance between the inner surface of the switch rail and the bottom of the main rail is less than 30 mm, remove the adjustment plate from the top of the movable head.

2. Installation Method for Close-Fit Switch Hook Locking Device:

1. Scope of Application: Applicable to the first, second, third, fourth, fifth, and sixth points of the close-fit switch rail and the first point of the center rail.

2. Installation Method: When installing the close-fit switch hook locking device, first use a key to unlock the locking mechanism, disengage it from the handwheel, and adjust the handwheel to the desired distance. Then, pass the fixed hook through the bottom of the switch, hooking the switch rail bottom, and hook the movable hook head onto the base rail bottom. Rotate the handwheel by hand to tighten the movable hook, then use a wrench to tighten the nut with force. Use the key to lock the movable hook to the handwheel, remove the wrench, and the switch will be locked.

3. Installation Method for Heart Rail Close-Fit Hook Locker:

1 Scope of Application: This model of hook locker is suitable for close-fit installation on the second point of a heart rail switch.

2 Installation Method: When using the close-fit switch hook locker, first use a key to unlock the locking mechanism, disengage it from the handwheel, and adjust the handwheel to the desired distance. Then, pass the fixed hook through the bottom of the switch, hook it onto the bottom of the close-fitting rail, hook the movable hook onto the bottom of the wing rail, rotate the handwheel by hand to tighten the movable hook, then use a wrench to tighten the nut with force. Finally, use the key to lock the movable hook to the handwheel, remove the wrench, and the switch will be securely locked.
