Railway Tools Anchor Replacing Device
The anchor replacing device is used for removing and replacing the broken nylon sleeves in the track bed. It is the first new equipment developed and launched in China. It adopts the “cold taking out” method, cutting nylon sleeve into grooves by means of cutter principle, unscrewing with a special wrench, and then taking out the broken nylon sleeve. The anchor replacing device has the advantages of advanced technical performance, reasonable structure and simple operation etc. It can greatly reduce the labor intensity, simplify unnecessary intermediate links, and improve the efficiency of operation. 2. Standard for nylon sleeve cutter: (the following cutters are for selections of the user)
Cutter No.2: Suitable for broken nylon sleeve with outer diameter greater than 48mm
Cutter No.3: Suitable for broken nylon sleeve with outer diameter greater than 48mm, after the failure of No. 2 cutter, it needs to be used in conjunction with cutter No.2.
Cutter No. W-7: Suitable for broken nylon sleeve with outer diameter of 45mm
Cutter No. W-8I: Suitable for broken nylon sleeve with outer diameter of 38mm
Cutter No. W-8II: Suitable for broken nylon sleeve with outer diameter of 38mm, it needs to be used in conjunction with cutter No. W-8I.
Double block cutter: Suitable for broken nylon sleeve with outer diameter of 32mm (black nylon sleeve)
