Scope of Application

This equipment is suitable for the old and new switching operation of rail, switch rail and frog point rail. There are running wheels in the center of both sides, which can be carried out during transportation. It has the characteristics of adjustable height, lateral adjustment, locking, light weight, convenient handling and wide application range.

The equipment can be equipped with section rail transport trolley, rail transport, switch rail and frog point rail operation trolley. The wheels are nylon wheels with good insulation performance and equipped with brake device. It is safe and reliable with light weight and high operation efficiency. Usage and Maintenance

1. This machine is composed of two sets in a group (for example, the number of gantry cranes can be increased when the rail is long on site and the bending is too large during hoisting). If it needs to be transported, it is necessary to select the section rail trolley (for example, the number of section rail trolley can be increased when the rail is long on site and the bending is too large during hoisting).

2. The rail gantry crane shall be transported to the operation site as required, assembled on site as required, and the height of support frame and cross beam shall be adjusted and placed stably according to the operation requirements.

3. Align the rail hooks of the two gantry cranes with the position of the rail to be hoisted, press down the locking handle to lock, rotate the handle counterclockwise to clamp the rail hook and rail, and then the two gantry cranes rotate the handle clockwise at the same time to lift the rail (stop rotating the handle according to the lifting height on site, and the safety hook will firmly fix the handle at this time).

4. Lift up the locking handles of the two gantry cranes, push the lifting device smoothly, and press down the locking handles when they move to the required position. Turn the handle counter clockwise. If equipped with rail transporter, the rail can be placed on the transporter and locked with locking plate to push the pushing handle to make the rail move forward and transport to the designated position.

5. After the operation, all machines and tools must be placed outside the safety limit. In case of danger.
